If you have ordered a mobile hotspot or only SIM, it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days after the confirmation of your order. We use reliable shipping partners like DHL or local carriers to deliver your package. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your package’s delivery status.

Our operations team will send you a return label that you can use to return the package to us. Please ensure that the package is in its original packaging and that all accessories are included.
