You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your package’s delivery status.
If you have ordered an eSim, you will receive a QR code via email within an hour of placing your order. This QR code will be used to activate your eSim, and you will get connected directly.

Depending on your location, you may receive your order from a local partner instead of DHL. There is no need to return the eSim. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. Our team will cancel your subscription promptly, and no further charges will be incurred.

Our team will assist you with the cancellation process and send you a return label for the mobile hotspot if required. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
